For more than 35 years, including 30 years as a partner at Greenstein, Mabley and Wall, Dan has represented all manner of corporations, LLCs, partnerships and business owners. He has served as an officer and director of both domestic and foreign corporations and as trusted advisor to key decision-makers on corporate formation, governance, business strategy, and business disputes. Dan is an experienced negotiator and litigator and handles cases, big and small, involving a wide array of shareholder, employment, copyright, trademark and contract litigation.

Dan is actively engaged in community and civic organizations, including past service as planning commissioner, Roseville Mayor, Roseville Housing & Redevelopment Authority and Officer/Director of the Friends of Ramsey County Libraries.
